Fall Follower Giveaway - Official Contest Rules

Contest Period: November 1, 2025 to November 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM EDT

1. Eligibility

1.1 This contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

1.2 Employees, representatives, and agents of Rockin' Ruby's, as well as members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and households, are not eligible to enter.

1.3 Entrants must have a valid social media account on the platform where the contest is being held and must comply with that platform's terms of service.

2. How to Enter

Standard Entry (1 Entry):

• Follow Rockin' Ruby's official social media page
• Like the contest post
• Tag a friend who is a dog parent in the comments

Bonus Entry (5 Additional Entries):

• Sign up for the Rockin' Ruby's newsletter at rockinrubys.ca by providing a valid email address and consenting to receive marketing communications

2.1 All entry requirements must be completed to qualify. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.

2.2 Limit of one (1) standard entry per person. Newsletter sign-up bonus entries are limited to one set of five (5) bonus entries per person, for a maximum of six (6) total entries per person.

2.3 Entries submitted using automated systems, bots, or any other mechanical or electronic means will be disqualified.

2.4 All entries must be received by November 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM EDT.

3. Prize

3.1 One (1) winner will receive a gift bundle for dogs valued at approximately $100 CAD (the "Prize").

3.2 The Prize is not transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and no substitutions are permitted except at the sole discretion of Rockin' Ruby's.

3.3 Rockin' Ruby's reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

3.4 The Prize will be awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

4.1 One (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on or about November 30, 2025.

4.2 The potential winner will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform where they entered and/or by email (if newsletter sign-up was completed) within 48 hours of the draw.

4.3 The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification and provide any requested information to claim the Prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

4.4 Before being declared the official winner, the selected entrant will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance or mechanical aid.

4.5 If a selected entrant is found to be ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, declines the Prize, or cannot be contacted, they will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

5.1 By entering this contest, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Rockin' Ruby's for the purposes of administering this contest.

5.2 By entering an email address and checking the applicable consent box for newsletter sign-up, entrants consent to receive marketing communications and/or targeted advertising from Rockin' Ruby's.

5.3 Personal data will be processed in accordance with Rockin' Ruby's Privacy Policy, available at rockinrubys.ca.

5.4 Entrants may withdraw consent or manage preferences at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in marketing emails or contacting Rockin' Ruby's directly.

5.5 Winner's name may be announced publicly on Rockin' Ruby's social media channels and website.

6. General Conditions

6.1 By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Rockin' Ruby's, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this contest.

6.2 Rockin' Ruby's reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

6.3 Rockin' Ruby's is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, technical errors, human errors, failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions, or defects of any kind.

6.4 Rockin' Ruby's is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss related to participation in this contest or acceptance or use of the Prize.

6.5 By accepting the Prize, the winner releases Rockin' Ruby's from any and all liability in connection with the Prize and participation in this contest.

7. Important Security Notice

7.1 Rockin' Ruby's will NEVER ask for banking information, credit card details, passwords, or any sensitive financial information to claim a prize.

7.2 All official contest communications will come from verified Rockin' Ruby's accounts only. Beware of copycat scams and fake accounts.

7.3 If you receive suspicious messages claiming to be from Rockin' Ruby's, please report them immediately through the social media platform and contact us directly through our official channels.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 By entering this contest, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Rockin' Ruby's, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with participation in this contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.

9. Disputes and Governing Law

9.1 This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations.

9.2 These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province in which Rockin' Ruby's is primarily located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.3 Any disputes arising from this contest shall be resolved in the courts of that province.

10. Contest Modification or Termination

10.1 Rockin' Ruby's reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice and for any reason, including but not limited to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10.2 In the event of termination, a winner may be selected from eligible entries received up to the time of termination.

11. Winner's List

11.1 To obtain the name of the winner, please send a written request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to Rockin' Ruby's within sixty (60) days of the contest closing date.
